We are a team of TBM experts, led by Pablo Panteghini, who founded Tunneleffect in 2017, thus completing his dream of creating the first TBM engineering and consulting company in Colombia. Pablo Panteghini is an italian electronic engineer and Master of Tunnels and Underground Works who has forged his professional career, for more than 14 years, in some of the most important TBM companies worldwide.

Tunneleffect started as a small TBMs technical advisory company, which has expanded with the opening of a research and innovation department, since we are facing a market with constantly evolving technological trends. In 2020, Tunneleffect has gone one step further, with an ambitious project to manage profiles of professionals exclusively related to the world of TBMs, connecting them with the leading companies in the sector.
